All duties and taxes are included in the purchase price of the items that are shipped to the EU member countries or to Switzerland. In this case, you do not have to pay any additional duties or taxes. For any other country (other than the EU or Switzerland), you are encouraged to check if and what taxes and duties apply in your country, as we are not able to calculate them. However, please note that Montessy items are of EU preferential origin and that, as such, they may benefit from various free trade agreements signed by the EU, allowing to eliminate or reduce local duties in many cases.

No, custom clearance is done by our shipper. For the purposes of this process, the shipper will pay any applicable duties and taxes on your behalf. After the delivery, you will receive an invoice from our shipper to refund the amounts he paid for you.

Although we make our best efforts to ensure that the items displayed on our web shop are available for purchase, their availability is checked only after the order has been placed. The acceptance of the Order will take place only when we send you the Purchase Confirmation, which is usually done at the time the purchased items are dispatched.

If you pay by credit card, the purchase price will be debited once the items have been shipped. In case of a payment with PayPal, the purchase price will be debited once the order is confirmed.

In most of the cases, you will receive your order within 2 to 5 business days.

The items can only be shipped to the country from which the purchase has been made.

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, you should contact our customer service at contact@montessy.com. We shall do our best to accommodate your request. However, the cancelation or modification will not be possible if the items have already been shipped. In this case, you need to ask for a return or exchange, following our return policy.
